 Taking our vehicles out and pushing them to their limits has always been our passion. It has also been our driving force to constantly look for ways to take them to the next level. Jason, Darrick, and Josh founded Iron Rock Off Road, Inc. using these simple principles as their plan to offer the best products for your vehicle, period. Jason Brakemeier - Iron Rock Off Road is Jason's baby. It was Jason who built the first prototypes of IRO products before this business was even a glimmer in his eyes. After many years of trial and error, he became extremely good at designing parts for his own vehicles. Jason's design/engineering background was critical in the early going at IRO. He brought a wealth of technical knowledge to the table that enabled us to move quickly from the garage of his home to the shop that we work in now. You will typically find Jason designing and building parts/fixtures and making "yo' momma" jokes. Darrick Brakemeier - Darrick was a natural business partner for Jason, being his brother and long time wheeling buddy. Darrick is a talented jack-of-all-trades that brings tons of experience to IRO in almost every area of the business. He worked for numerous years helping run another family business and that certainly gave him the drive to be sucessfull in this venture. Darrick also has a great technical knowledge of Jeeps and most other vehicles for that matter. His attention to detail is important for his primary role as our manufacturing director. If you have an IRO part that is welded, Darrick likely welded it. You will typically find Darrick building parts, maintaining inventory or shipping and making "your sister" jokes. Josh Ruppert - Josh was offered a partnership role in IRO by the brothers Brakemeier after their loving sister (Josh's girlfriend at the time and wife now) subtly suggested that he was excited about the idea. Josh gladly accepted and nearly immediately went to work building IRO's website and online store. While he has not been wheeling as long as the others, he has great suspension knowledge learned over several years of trail riding and working along side Jason and Darrick. Josh's primary role is marketing and you will find him typically offering tech support via email and phone, building parts, maintaining inventory, shipping and making "yo' gramma" jokes. Holly Stier - Holly joined us in 2008 as an office assistant. It was clear to Holly within a short time that none of the guys really knew how to run IRO's small business software and that she had a big job ahead of her in setting up our office to run in a more efficient way. Over time, Holly has taken more of an office manager role and has even learned a little about Jeeps! You will typically find Holly taking orders, bookkeeping, maintaining office inventory, yelling at the guys for being rude, and making not funny jokes. Jay "Mike Oxlong" Gregor - Jay was one of Iron Rock Off Road's very first customers! He joined us part time a couple of years later, taking most of the product photos (the good looking ones) you see on our website. He is a professional photographer by trade, but his real passion is Jeeping and testing the limits of his Cherokee. You will typically find Jay building parts, wrenching on Jeeps, and telling weird but hilarious storys. Luke Siedow - Luke was another customer that came aboard in 2008. Luke has a great passion for Jeeps and it shows with his very nice 97 Cherokee. You will typically find Luke building parts, wrenching on Jeeps, shipping, and doing anything that requires the strength of 5 men. Pat LaQua "PLQ" - Pat joined us in 2009 after a couple of years of constantly upgrading his ZJ with our suspension parts. He is our primary shipping guy but you will also find him helping build parts, wrenching on Jeeps and laughing about the same movie quote over and over again. Together we form a great team with a common goal: to provide better products, better prices and better service.
