Add a Magnaflow High Flow Catalytic Converter for even more gain. These cats even come with an O2 sensor bung installed. Adding this high flow cat does increase the flow of your exhaust, also making it grumble with an even deeper tone. NOTE: This Magnaflow Catalytic Converter is NOT 50 State Compliant.
We did our own independent test with our cat back system versus stock exhaust to see what performance gains
could be made. The ONLY modification we did to our 4.7 HO WJ was remove
everything from behind the catalytic converter and replace it with our
3" FLO-PRO Hybrid and 3" tailpipe. We ran multiple quarter miles with
each system and averaged them to see if there was any difference. With stock exhaust
we averaged 17.62 seconds and with our 3" cat back we averaged
17.14; an improvement of .48 second!!! With this impressive
result, we conclude that you can you can achieve .35-.65
.35 second shaved from your 1/4 mile time just from the
higher flow exhaust system! Make the
