CODE: 13735 WJ 4" Premium Short Arm Lift Kit

Bought this 4" lift for our WJ. It is a 2003 and the install instructions were spot on! We passed down our WJ to my 16 yo daughter. The original suspension was worn out. After talking to Patrick, I was assured this lift would be ok for my daughter. I ordered the kit and it showed up about a month later. I was missing a part and a quick call to Patrick got me my part in 4 days. Great service. After starting the install, I realized I had a wrong part. Another call to support (talked to Allen) and the wrong part was exchanged for the correct one in 3 days, with a return label for the wrong part. Now, before anyone says that there should not have been these delays, I challenge anyone to tell me they are perfect. But, how many companies can you get a live person on the phone right off? They made everything right at their expense. Great Customer service! Finished the install after receiving the part and following instructions, all measurements were on with only minor tweaking. The WJ drives tighter, feels better and the daughter loves it. I highly recommend IRO .

Bought in 2020 because all my bushings were shot and I wanted to add some clearance to my 4.7 WJ. Went back and forth for months trying to price out my options and ended up getting this kit. Pros: • Simple install (just a pain in the butt) with no cutting or drilling, just simply remove and replace • Adds lift without changing profile • Quality is excellent Cons: (some common with SA) • DEATH WOBBLE! Standard alignment, ultra smooth and comfortable... until about 40 mph. IRO suggested specs, more speed without DW (up to 55), but the ride is much rougher and somewhat "squirrelly" driving. • Be ready for constant bolt checks, even with blue thread lock • To maintain pinion angle, had to lengthen wheelbase due to A-arm being "bottomed out" for adjustment • Noticable bump steer Overall, I'm glad I don't have to use the highway, but I do miss it. This is a good kit, but for the height, go with a Long Arm. My other WJ came with a ARB 2.5" SA lift, and I have had no issues other than clearance. I recommend this kit if it's not your daily driver, or if your a thrill seeker; but, otherwise, go lower or go long arm.
