Aftermarket chromoly axle shaft manufacturers have unfortunately overlooked the fact that their products hinder turning radius. We found out the hard way. We tested many different manufacturers shafts and found some bind up at as little as 27° in each direction! This is unacceptable in a WJ, so we needed to find a solution. To address this problem, we have sourced custom length chromoly axles and then CNC machined the ends in our own machine shop for over 40° travel in each direction! The CNC machining was specifically and thoughtfully engineered to remove as little material as possible while maintaining maximum strength. IRO is the only place you'll find this process done commercially for Jeep vehicles! Check out the photos below.

Fits all 99-04 Grand Cherokee WJ front Dana 30 axles.
The differential determines if it is Quadra-Drive not the transmission. Unsure if your WJ is a Quadra-Drive, then we recommend removing your front differential cover to verify whether you have a varilock differential or not. If your WJ has a ARB or other similar lockers you will need to select the NON Quadra-drive axles.
